BisGro is led by Dennis Alemis (Director), who has over 20 years consulting experience to senior executives, technology specialists, financial and legal professionals. He brings an energy and a focus on achieving outcomes for business growth.

Dennis has expert skills in strategic business, product development, project and commercialisation plans across a broad range of industry sectors, resulting in the delivery and global commercialisation of novel leading edge technologies.

He has an excellent track record in accessing government assistance and has a strong understanding of corporate structures, joint venture arrangements, distribution channels and licensing agreements.

Dennis has a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting), is a Certified Practising Accountant and has Tax Agent Registration as a specialist R&D taxation practitioner. He was a recipient of the CPA National American Express Business Strategy and Leadership Award in 2005 and the CPA Toyota Business Strategy and Leadership Divisional Award (Australasia) in 2005.

Prior to establishing BisGro, Dennis held Senior Executive positions in industry for 10 years providing specialist industry driven solutions covering growth strategies for innovative technology driven entities.

Dennis has also held Senior Positions in the federal government for over 10 years. He spent 6 years in the federal government’s main industry funding body AusIndustry (National Manager of Automotive Programs and Senior Client Manager for R&D), and he has held senior positions in the Australian Taxation Office for 5 years (Audit and Advisory roles).
